I arrived safely home this morning after cutting my trip to CKC Charlotte sharp. I was lucky to get on a flight first thing this morning, otherwise I'd be stuck there for days. All stocked up and ready to just hide out in my apartment from Irene this weekend.
So here are my Glee Club layouts - I think it's obvious how much I loved the kits!!! They're a mix of Add-on 2 Debate Team, Add-on 3 Home Ec, along with extra SC patterned paper. The exclusives are SO GOOD this month... you might need another Main Kit!
That orange chevron paper? One of my all time favorites. I used Mister Huey's Orchard on it and it was a perfect match. Lots of little stickers on this one from the Good Times Sticker book (being restocked soon!) Lovely SHE tag is from Add-on 3 Home Ec and I might have to pester Amy for 10 more of them.
Uses the SC Exclusive Plano paper and most of the other patterned papers, along with the circle stickers and exclusive airplane brad from Glee Club. The quote is from my favorite SATC episode, "After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away." And the photo is of me and Erin, who is my SATC soulmate.
I used an image from the Silhouette store for the butterflies and started by masking + misting some on to the background of the paper with Mister Huey's Barnwood. The chipboard buttons from Add-on 3 Home Ec were heat embossed with Brown Sugar Zing... a great match for this kit!
I made this layout at the very last minute before the deadline to turn everything in. And I think it's my favorite this month (if I'm allowed to say that!) I scrapped these photos before but I've been missing Sarah so much lately, so I thought I'd do them again! I misted the background of this one with Mister Huey's Barnwood again and misted the letter stickers from Add-on 2 Debate Team to make them a little darker. The print was in red but I went over top with a black pen to make them match. Don't forget that the Fiskars Cloud punches are in stock at Simon Says Stamp.
Just a simple little card using my favorite things from Add-on 3 Home Ec. Ohhhh how I need more of those Amy Tangerine Thickers. Too cute.
